1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing RemindTag.app or scanning a RemindTag-enabled device, you agree to be bound by these terms. Our service allows you to link physical hardware to digital automation logic.
2. Hardware Deployment
RemindTag.app provides software integration for physical tags (NFC, RFID, BLE). Users are responsible for the physical installation and maintenance of these tags. We are not liable for hardware failure or damage caused by environmental factors in industrial (rt-i) or commercial (rt-c) settings.
3. Automated Logic & Notifications
While our "Calculate and Notify" engine strives for accuracy, notifications depend on internet connectivity and third-party services. RemindTag.app does not guarantee delivery of alerts and is not responsible for missed reminders or automated logic errors.
4. Prohibited Use
Users may not attempt to reverse-engineer the RemindTag platform or use the service for illegal tracking or surveillance.
